Field shredder MPL light LW

They are designed primarily to mulch cereal and maize stubble, grass, sunflowers and other crops used for green fertilization.

Smooth operation is enabled by an electronically balanced rotor with patented Low Vib (LW) distribution of the flails. This ensures a reduced source of vibrations, minimum bending deformation and stress, which extends the service life of the flail mower.

The more open housing ensures a faster movement of the mulched material.

Advantages:

  • Smooth operation is enabled by an electronically balanced rotor with patented Low Vib (LW) distribution of the flails. This ensures a reduced source of vibrations, minimum bending deformation and stress, which extends the service life of the flail mower.

  • The more open housing ensures a faster movement of the mulched material.

  • A special form of replaceable dedicated counter knives screwed in two rows improves the effect of fragmenting during mulching.

  • Purpose-designed massive flails made of forged steel cause an air turbulence and vacuum during mulching, thereby lifting the mass from the ground.

  • Light but solid construction for work with smaller tractors.

  • Smooth gliding of the movable linkage is ensured by the self-lubricating PA bushes.

  • The gearbox with a free wheel protects the drive of the tractor and enables the use of a traditional PTO drive shaft.
